Nordic Tune ~ The nordic season is slowly winding down.

Once your season is complete bring your skis in for a spring hot box to store them for the summer.

Running Event ~ Purchase a pair of shoes starting March 1st and receive a free technique clinic with Jack.

AthleticsNorth, utilizes complex speed workouts focusing on speed, speed endurance and speed specific to your event allowing variation in training types and full recovery-adaptation between workouts. The workouts will provide variety, fun and will help you find the speed you never thought you had!

Run Workouts - Meet at Fast Trax on Tuesday & Thursday @ 6:15pm and Saturday @ 8:30am

M - Cruise ~ 6min - 12min, 18min or 24min - 6min
T -AthleticsNorth ~ 10, 12 or 14 x 5min @ 15km pace with 2min recovery ~ start interval every 7mins
W - Cruise ~ 6min - 12min, 18min or 24min - 6min
T -AthleticsNorth~ 32, 36 or 40 x 15secs @ 5km pace with 45sec recovery ~ start interval every 1mins
F - Cruise ~ Cruise ~ 6min - 12min, 18min or 24min - 6min
S -AthleticsNorth~ 12, 16 or 20 x 2min @ 10km pace with 2min recovery ~ start interval every 4mins
S - Active Recovery 30min, 60min or 90min
