• Fast Trax at 6:00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a running workout
• Fast Trax at 8:30am on Saturdays for a running workout

FAST TRAX CLUB TEAM

The Fast Trax Club Team is designed to provide runners and Nordic Skiers of all abilities a proven training schedule, based on varied interval training, allowing variation in training types and full recovery between workouts. The program helps runners and skiers of all abilities make smart training decisions, use better and more efficient workouts, establish good training routines, peak for big events and get the most from their training, team information.
