About Running Technique

Running is a natural movement the body is designed to perform smoothly,with experienced guidance, running can be more efficient, pain- free and enjoyable.

Clients find their optimal stride and benefit by:

  • running with less effort
  • decreasing injuries
  • running with less pain
  • developing good habits early if new to running
  • finding areas that need to be strengthened
  • making running more fun!

About Technique Clinics

The Technique Clinics utilize drills, core strength, specific strength one on one feedback while running and running-form review utilizing video analysis. The video camera provides quality of movement information while Jack provides assessment, review and instruction.

The clinics are 90mins in length and include a 15 minute warm up run, running drills, core strength, running specific strength, form analysis, correction and 15 minute warm down.

Booking a Clinic

  • Call or email the shop to book your spot, maximum 10 people per clinic .
  • Payment is due when you come to the clinic, arrive at 6pm to sign up and pay for clinic.

Clinic Fee Schedule

  • $25 + GST per clinic
